Since a lot of pressure is exerted from Pressure Die Casting Industries, the company designed and developed hydraulic cylinders with combination of Threaded Neck Mounting and standard Tie Rod Construction. The main features of the cylinders are as follows.

1. Cushioning by default at both ends.
2. Viton seals by default.
3. Construction material is same as Tie Rod
    Cylinders.
4. Honed tube & Hard Chrome plated shafts
    improve the seal life.
5. Total weight of the cylinder is less as
    compared with Neck Mounting Cylinder.
6. Internal pressure drop minimal since
    piston seals are used in lieu of piston
    rings.
7. Cylinder cost is controlled.
